Specialty Foods Buyer

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Procure specialty products like cheeses, charcuterie, oils, and other gourmet foods.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Maintain data within our Enterprise Resource Platform and ensure high fulfillment rates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Quality Control to uphold quality and delivery standards.
- Research market trends and contribute to product development.
- Support the sales team with product information and recommendations.
- Plan and coordinate strategies for inventory management and vendor selection.

**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage procurement.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and strong negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all company levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet goals.
- Passionate about developing new brands in specialty foods.
