Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to oversee and grow Erewhon’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. This person will manage posting, engagement, and content planning while collaborating with the Art Director to bring our brand vision to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, wellness, and storytelling through content.

What You Will Do:

• Manage daily posts across all social channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and weekend coverage.
• Collaborate with the Art Director on visual direction, content themes, and scheduling.
• Use Figma to organize and present content calendars and grid layouts.
• Curate Pinterest content to drive awareness and engagement.
• Create and experiment with TikTok content to increase reach and engagement.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries; maintain an active and positive community presence.
• Assist in filming and directing iPhone and short-form video content.
• Concept and plan shoots with the creative team to align with campaign goals.
• Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
• Identify and apply platform-specific trends to enhance engagement and discovery
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency (food, lifestyle, or creative industries preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest best practices.
• Experience concepting and producing short-form video content.
• Proficiency in Figma, Asana, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and design layout.
• Passion for food, wellness, and creative marketing
