Responsibilities include:

• Project a positive representation of Miller's Ace Hardware.
• Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
• Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Continually build product and service knowledge base.
• Assist in pricing, stocking, and organizing of service area product.
• Order, stock and inventory parts and equipment needed to support shop repairs and customer sales.
• Repair and maintain various brands of equipment sold and serviced in our repair shop.
• Repair and maintain items in our rental equipment fleet.
• Experience repairing, tractors, mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, generators and other power equipment.
• Stihl Certification preferred but not required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• A commitment to service, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
