Pay: $22.50 – $27.50 per hour (DOE)

About the Role:
HR Constructions is seeking Skilled Construction Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic, hands-on experience in construction trades, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you! This role involves remodeling, repair, and upgrades on both residential and commercial structures.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform framing, drywall, flooring, roofing, siding, carpentry, and more
• Load/unload and transport building materials
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely
• Read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
• Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
• Support demolition, prep work, and site cleanup
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in general labor or residential construction
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
