Job Description

We are seeking skilled Carpenters with expertise in joinery to join our clients dynamic team. A leading company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality furniture, stairways, flooring, timber, wood products & accessories, construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, stainless steel & steel work.

They deliver exceptional craftsmanship and ensure customer satisfaction in every project. The ideal candidate will have excellent woodworking skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of joinery techniques.
The contract is provided directly by the company.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize joinery techniques to construct and install furniture, stairways, flooring, timber products, and other wooden structures according to specifications and project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to determine project scope and materials required.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to construct or repair structures.
• Install hardware, such as hinges, handles, and locks, on wooden structures.
• Collaborate with the design team and other craftsmen to ensure the accuracy and quality of the finished product.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide guidance and training to apprentices or less-experienced carpenters when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the furniture, stairways, flooring, timber, or related industry.
• Proficiency in joinery techniques and advanced woodworking skills.
• Strong knowledge of various woodworking tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in carpentry or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, and stainless steel & steel work.
