Job Description

Deeply study the characteristics of SiC power chip, give full play to the advantages of SiC Power module, comprehensively consider from the aspects of SiC mechanism research, chip characteristics, packaging integration and packaging test, and combine with the integration technology of electric drive system to explore advanced packaging forms and improve the comprehensive performance of new energy vehicles.
Research, development and promotion of application technology of power semiconductor devices and modules for electric drive business of new energy vehicles.
The new generation of power semiconductors enables the upgrading of new energy vehicle industry, the localization of vehicle specification level power semiconductors, and SiC technology innovation to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
