The Shift Manager´s duties are to supervise personnel and the products and equipment, with the aim of achieving the high standards of quality, service and cleanliness of our company. Shift Managers are expected to learn to supervise people and manage the restaurant during designated times, achieving Total Customer Satisfaction, Sales Growth, Profit Optimization and generally motivating the staff. Shift Managers will have to be trained and expected to perform to the high standard that we expect at McDonald's.
