Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Consultant with mid-to-senior-level experience to support and enhance enterprise-wide SharePoint Online environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint development, customization, and workflow automation using the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem .
This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver efficient, scalable, and secure SharePoint solutions for a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and support SharePoint Online enterprise sites , including complex sub-sites, libraries, and workflows.
Design and develop custom SharePoint applications leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate , and related tools.
Upgrade and migrate legacy SharePoint 2013 forms/workflows to modern SharePoint Online and Power Platform equivalents.
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to translate requirements into secure and scalable SharePoint solutions.
Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs for enhanced system interoperability.
Perform SQL and PL/SQL programming tasks for backend data validation and integration.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SharePoint and related applications.
Participate in project planning, documentation, and technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
6 8 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting SharePoint Online environments.
Proven experience designing and customizing applications using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) .
Experience upgrading legacy SharePoint 2013 forms/workflows to modern frameworks.
Solid understanding of ASP.NET, C# , and client-side scripting (JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.).
Working knowledge of RESTful and SOAP Web Services and API integrations .
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL , including batch processing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience upgrading applications to .NET 6+ .
Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
Demonstrated success in customer-facing or cross-functional collaborative roles.
