We are looking for a high caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow CMDB Solution Consultant to provide catalog and CMDB modeling and advisory for clients. Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and possess expertise with depth in ServiceNow CMDB. You will be working with our clients to model network, storage and other infrastructure in catalog and CMDB, assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. Some hands-on implementation work may be required.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the CMDB, Discovery, and integrations
• Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure in ServiceNow catalog and CMDB.
• Understanding of networking design, including IP subnetting, network protocols, virtual IPs, vlans, etc.. 
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® processes and solutions
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor’s tool products
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
• ITIL®v3/2011 Foundation Certificate

Desired Skills:

• ServiceNow / Web Development experience a significant plus
• ServiceNow Certifications
• ITIL®v3 Expert designation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience.
