Job Description

We All Gotta Eat!, a multi-concept restaurant group that operats Michelin Star recognized Sushi Noz and Noz 17, is opening Chez FiFi, a high style French Bistro on the UES this month and seeks qualified Server Assistants to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced candidate able to work in coordination with a small team to deliver a high level of service and hospitality to cultivate a clientele of regulars, new and special occasion guests.

We require a candidate with two to three years of experience working in a full service, fine dining NYC restaurant.
Must have a high level of awareness and ability to work closely with Captains to contribute to a positive experience.
Must maintain table cleanliness and steps of service throughout the shift.
Able to deliver food and beverages to guest at their talbe and. bar.
Prepare coffee and espresso orders
Greet all guests with professionalism and hospitality
Take care of all shift side work to support service
Expedite throughout service.
Have a general knowledge of food and wine and beverage and food safety procedures
Able to work in an organized manner and take direction as planned and as asked during service, able to multi-task and improvise as needed..
Impeccable grooming and adherence to dress code is required.
Knowledge of dining etiquette in an upscale environment is required.
Must be available to work as scheduled
