Your role

• assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing
• analytic information and aiming to understand the client's goals
• develop customized asset allocation strategies and investment solutions for clients
• provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• perform business analytics as needed to support financial advisors in the growth of the business
• analyze and interpret portfolio performance reviews and make recommendations to financial advisors for potential change
• managing UHNW client relationships with white glove care and attention to detail
• owning projects and seeing them through to completion then applying knowledge learned to other projects proactively
• managing a schedule several weeks in advance to ensure client communication schedule is kept and all client needs are met
• navigating the firm to find solutions to issues quickly
• juggling many issues simultaneously without losing the details
• asking questions or for help when needed, but also learning from those experiences

Your team

You'll be working as part of the Entrepreneurs Group in our Private Wealth Management office. This New York-based team advises a select group of exceptional business builders and their families, supporting them with out-of-the box thinking and total wealth advice for every stage of their life. As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting and growing the team's business.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• CFP/CIMA or CFA preferred
• ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services experience
• bachelor's degree required focusing in finance
• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• strong analytical and logical
• detailed oriented
• dynamic and flexible team player
• takes ownership of projects from inception to completion

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $92,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
