Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience.
Manual Testing:
Develop and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on Salesforce requirements and specifications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Salesforce applications.
Document, track, and manage defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Validate data integrity, workflow automation, and custom Salesforce functionalities.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.
Web Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality assurance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation test scripts and infrastructure.
Salesforce Specific:
Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
Validate the implementation of Salesforce customizations and configurations against business requirements.
Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to understand system design and requirements
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
Provide feedback on usability and potential areas for improvement.
Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
Proven experience with web automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Demonstrated experience in testing Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and scripts for Salesforce applications.
Experience with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar) is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce data model, object schema, and configuration.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance testing tools.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
