About the Role

As a senior member of Ramp’s growing sales recruiting team, you will play a critical role in scaling our sales and partnerships functions, driving full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract and hire world-class go-to-market talent. You’ll partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leadership to build and execute an effective and efficient hiring process that delivers world-class talent.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to the overall success of Ramp’s revenue-generating teams. You’ll help define what great sales talent looks like, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless and high-touch recruiting experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with our sales leadership team members and other hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of our sales roles (Account Executive, Account Manager, Product, and Issuing Partnership) and how they fit into the organization

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the organization

  • Lead the development of various recruiting strategies, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs of each function

  • Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier revenue talent in competitive markets

  • Help to maintain a high bar for talent, ensuring all candidates align with Ramp’s culture and business objectives

  • Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from first interaction to offer close

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales and/or go-to-market recruiting experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup

  • Proven ability to partner with sales leadership, advise on hiring strategy, and build scalable recruiting processes

  • Obsession with candidate experience while also driving efficiency in your processes

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions

  • Ability to influence, advise, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders including the VP of Sales and Chief Business Officer

  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills
