- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $50.00-$54.00 per hour
- Contract Duration: 4 months
What you’ll do as the Senior Recruiter: - Actively influence and advise hiring managers by applying organizational knowledge and labor market expertise to staffing decisions
- Utilize advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract diverse talent for open roles
- Champion diversity efforts by engaging with internal and external groups to ensure diverse candidate slates and coaching hiring managers to eliminate bias in hiring decisions
- Advocate for candidates, encouraging managers to prioritize values and transferable skills
- Translate business needs into a sourcing strategy that meets current requirements and drives the creation of targeted talent pipelines for future needs, ensuring diverse candidate pools
- Conduct initial candidate interviews, providing positive experience and thorough assessment
What you’ll bring to the Senior Recruiter role: - 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting diverse talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to influence and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process
- Strong understanding of labor markets and organizational needs
- Commitment to championing diversity and eliminating bias in hiring decisions
- Proficiency in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments
