Are you passionate about building innovative products that make a real impact? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our cutting-edge Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) software solutions. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States and reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Our software solutions help organizations across industries—including electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, government, automotive, energy, and chemical manufacturing—enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with key industry regulations such as ISO, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and GxP.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll define and drive the product strategy, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring our products remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with market trends.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Vision

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Translate strategic business priorities into actionable product initiatives and long-term plans.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Establish processes for consistent communication, goal-setting, and evaluation across teams.
Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth product development and launch execution.

Product Development & Execution

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
Prioritize product features based on market data, customer feedback, and business impact.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products on time.
Track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary product liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to drive product improvements.
Represent the product in high-profile meetings, conferences, and customer engagements.

Financial & Operational Management

Oversee product allocation and make decisions to maximize ROI.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue generation.
Analyze product performance data to manage product lifecycles, including when to sunset or scale initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the QMS and/or manufacturing space.
Track record of launching successful products in B2B and B2C environments.
Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes.
Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Asana, or Aha!
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
