We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team!

As the Senior HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing daily HR operations, supporting talent development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, driving improvements in HR processes and enhancing the employee experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational changes, and talent development strategies.
  • Lead employee engagement and cultural initiatives that strengthen retention and alignment with our values.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, from open enrollment to vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, keeping policies up to date with the latest legal requirements.
  • Conduct site visits across multiple Illinois locations (Shorewood, Burr Ridge, Chicago).
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferably in Construction/Utility industries).
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM or similar HR certification required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Paycom or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to our various Illinois locations.
