Senior GTM Recruiter and key member of Anrok’s Recruiting Team, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, shaping the way we identify, attract, and hire top talent across
Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations .
Main responsibilities include: - Drive the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and business roles, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with executives/senior leadership to define hiring needs and calibrate on talent profiles.
- Serve as a market expert advising hiring managers on talent availability, competitive compensation, and creative ways to engage top candidates.
- Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for senior-level and specialized GTM talent.
- Influence and build scalable recruiting processes, systems, and tools (including DEI strategies and candidate experience best practices).
- Collaborate on employer branding and GTM hiring strategies, including events, campaigns, and key market initiatives.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and relationship management, especially with senior-level and passive candidates.
Requirements: Required: - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM and business roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations), ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
- Experience hiring for senior and leadership roles with strong judgment and ability to close complex offers.
- Proven track record of partnering directly with executives/senior stakeholders, advising on talent strategy and influencing outcomes.
- Process builder mindset; experience building or improving scalable recruiting processes, interview loops, and hiring strategies.
- Analytical approach to recruiting, using data-driven insights for improvement.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM org structures/roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills at all levels.
- Bias for action, ownership, creative problem-solving, and a growth mindset.
