Senior Data Scientist Description

Responsibilities

• Identification and resolution of business issues through data analysis and modeling
• Effective use of data interpretation and analysis tools
• Clear and informative communication of findings and insights
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in Data Science and ML modeling
• Contribution to making Data Science solutions operational
• Effective data visualization to convey insights
• Utilization of NLP and text mining techniques for informed decisions
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior data science professionals

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and modeling
• Extensive experience in data-focused applied mathematics, including statistical analysis and machine learning
• Proficiency in model development and algorithmic approaches, such as Boosting Algorithms
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and libraries
• Expertise in at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of making Data Science solutions operational
• Proficient data visualization skills
• Experience with NLP and text mining
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps solutions
• Familiarity with Big Data solutions
