Senior Apartment Leasing Agent – Tempe, AZ
Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $21.00

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people find their ideal home? We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team in Tempe, Arizona . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Sales: Conduct engaging property tours, highlight community features, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Resident Support: Assist current and potential residents with inquiries, applications, lease renewals, and service requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Technology Utilization: Efficiently manage resident and applicant information using leasing software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or CRM systems .
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities adhere to Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve occupancy goals and enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Leasing Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in property management leasing (required).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents and prospects.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar leasing software preferred.
• Fair Housing Certification: Must have been certified within the past year (required).
• Availability: Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but not required.
