Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Night shift. Hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday with an on-call weekend rotation required.. Off hours business hours may be required, based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the East Madison Hospital.

We are seeking a
Security Supervisor to:
- Supervise, assign and evaluate the activities of shift personnel, ensuring adherence to department and UW Health policies and procedures.
- Plan daily assignments and conduct daily briefings for security operations.
- Assess shift personnel and equipment needs.
- Assist with shift operations as needed.
- Cover as supervisor at University Hospital as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree in related field Preferred or
- Bachelor's Degree in related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years relevant work-related experience Required
- 5 years hospital security/supervision experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License Required and
- Completion of IAHSS Supervisor Certification within 6 months Required
