Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scrum Master to support our software engineering teams in optimizing delivery workflows, ensuring best practices in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintaining accurate team metrics. This role will serve as a bridge between scrum facilitation, metrics reporting, and operational excellence. The Scrum Master will oversee four scrum teams and work closely with leadership to drive Agile maturity and delivery efficiency. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives when needed Maintain and monitor Agile delivery structure within Azure DevOps (repos, boards, pipelines, etc.) Enforce best practices across ADO projects and work items Track, measure, and analyze team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput Spot patterns in scrum metrics to support daily management practices Gather and compile relevant data from scrum teams and other Scrum Masters Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership using Azure DevOps and Power BI Track and report on capital expenditure (CapEx) related to Agile teams on a recurring basis Assist in preparing daily management materials using collected metrics Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance Support release management activities, including documentation and communication We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (some flexibility based on depth of experience) Proven experience supporting software engineering teams Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies Experience tracking and reporting on Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) Familiarity with Azure DevOps (preferred tracking tool) Excellent communication and facilitation skills Ability to manage multiple teams (this role will support 4 scrum teams) Experience with Power BI for building reports, dashboards, and visualizations Exposure to or experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) the organization is moving in this direction Experience with Jira (acceptable if Azure DevOps experience is limited) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
