About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized School-Based Occupational Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to students in Louisiana. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' development and success.

What You'll Do:
Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging teletherapy sessions that support students' growth and learning
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
Offer consultation and training to teachers, caregivers, and staff to support student success
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance therapy effectiveness and progress tracking
What You'll Need:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Louisiana Occupational Therapy License
At least 1 year of experience in a school-based setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort using technology for virtual therapy sessions
