Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School Nurse Position Concord Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated care for three vibrant preschool-aged boys—one in the morning and twin boys in the afternoon.We are seeking a reliable, engaging nurse who can commit to supporting these students throughout the school year, including summer school, and into their transition to kindergarten. Position Overview: * Provide one-on-one medical support to assigned preschool students. * Accompany and remain with students throughout the school day, including bus transportation between buildings (provided mid-day). * When students are not present, assist in the school health office with medical documentation and routine nursing tasks. * Flexibility is essential, as the role requires movement between different students and school sites. * Requirements: * Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire * Reliable transportation for school transport Pay Rate: $45-$50.00/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-2:30PM Benefits

Job Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of clinical working experience within the last five years
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
• Must have reliable transportation
