Job Description

Job Title : Salesforce Administrator/Developer (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and roles.
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards for business users.
  • Handle user support, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Monitor system performance and implement solutions to optimize the platform.
  • Develop custom applications, Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and data sources.
  • Create and maintain custom workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
  • Support data migration tasks and ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce features with business objectives.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement Salesforce releases and ensure proper testing and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
