Job Description

Are you passionate about Salesforce and eager to make a significant impact on a large-scale implementation? We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platform, supporting a user base of approximately 3,000. This role involves advanced technical responsibilities, including configuration, data management, and system optimization, ensuring the CRM platform is efficient, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administration and provide end-user support for Salesforce applications, including user setup, roles, permissions, security, and customizations.
Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, formulas, validations, and dashboards to align with business needs.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, policies, configurations, and user guides.
Support the CRM development team with projects and deliverables as assigned.
Manage data integrity through imports, cleanups, duplicate record management, and ensuring accurate ownership of accounts and contacts.
Regularly audit and optimize the platform by removing unused fields, workflows, and other components to minimize technical debt.
Implement and maintain security practices, monitoring user activity, auditing access permissions, and deactivating inactive accounts.
Collaborate with Salesforce Support to address platform-related issues and ensure seamless case resolution.
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce technology, releases, and best practices to maximize system capabilities.
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated IT issues and assist with production-related challenges.
Ensure adherence to company policies and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
Salesforce Developer certification (preferred).
Development experience with Salesforce.com and Force.com platforms using APEX and Visualforce.
At least 2 years of experience administering Salesforce in an organization with 500+ users.
Familiarity with data migration tools such as Apex Data Loader and Excel Connector.
Knowledge of Salesforce security models, including sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Experience with release and change management processes.
