Salesforce Administrator

Columbia, SC (Hybrid)

Looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will be majorly responsible for maintaining and supporting the Salesforce platform by creating user accounts, customizing applications on demand, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the system effectively aligns with the enterprise standards and policies. Must have hands on experience a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and updates

Responsibilities:

• Environment management: Rollout, Refresh, and Clone all types of sandboxes
• User management: Creating and managing user accounts, assigning profiles and roles, managing security settings, and ensuring data access is appropriate.
• Data management: Performing data cleansing, seeding and data imports to maintain data integrity.
• Reporting and dashboards: Designing and developing reports and dashboards to support administrative needs.
• Automation: Implementing workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline repetitive admin tasks.
• Customization (on demand): Configuring fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce features to match business processes.
• Troubleshooting: Support, Monitor and Identifying issues related to Salesforce functionality, data errors, and user access.
• System maintenance: Monitoring Salesforce performance, certificate renewals, support updating features, and applying platform patches

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related degree.
• 8+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
• Administrator, Advanced Administrator and
• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role and familiar with Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with Salesforce DataLoader or similar tools and familiar with SOQL queries
• Experience with Installing and maintaining Salesforce AppExchange products
• Analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions about Salesforce optimization
• Experience working with SCRUM teams and Agile practices
• Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
