Job Description The Salesforce Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and leading a team of support professionals dedicated to maintaining the functionality and efficiency of the Salesforce platform. This individual will demonstrate expertise in Salesforce administration, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the system. The Salesforce Administrator will be instrumental in supporting the user base by actively troubleshooting and triaging issues, providing timely resolutions to enhance user experience. A strong focus on data quality is essential, as the role involves implementing measures to guarantee accurate and reliable information within Salesforce. Successful candidates will exhibit leadership skills, technical proficiency in Salesforce, and a commitment to delivering exceptional support services. This will be a fully remote, contract-to-hire role with a pay range of $38-$43/hour.
