Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
Lead end-to-end executive search for senior leadership, including VP, Director, and C-level roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT and consulting talent.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to proactively build a pipeline of future leaders.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on talent trends and hiring best practices.
Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a high-touch and confidential recruitment experience.
Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between company objectives and candidate expectations.
Employer Branding & Networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, professional networks, and recruitment partners.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
Develop recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand within the IT and consulting sector.
Qualifications & Experience
6-8 years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, or technology.
Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing senior-level candidates.
Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
Experience leveraging executive search tools, ATS platforms, and market intelligence to drive hiring success.
