The Opportunity: Recruiter (Sales Focus)
We're on the lookout for a driven, resourceful Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building our sales team by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top Sales Representative talent. If you’re passionate about people, data-driven in your approach, and love the thrill of connecting the right person with the right opportunity — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, databases, and outbound sourcing.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluating candidates for both cultural fit and professional qualifications.
• Manage candidate relationships and serve as a point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of top talent to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Meet and exceed weekly activity targets (calls, emails, interviews).
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from start to finish.

What You Bring

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in sales or agency environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're persuasive, articulate, and people-focused.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to hit performance targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in campus recruiting or agency recruitment is a strong plus.
