Libertyville Lincoln is looking for goal orientated, sales professionals in our new & used car sales division.  We are looking for experienced Automotive Sales Professionals who understands how to provide the best customer service and move the sale to close.

Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Associate

• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (Internet, phone, walk-ins, referrals, etc.)
• Work with New & Used Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
• Maintain strong knowledge base of our entire new & used car inventory
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models

Requirements of an Automotive Sales Associate:

• You must have retail sales experience.
• “Auto Sales” experience is a big plus.
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• Must have a clean driving record
