We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. If you have a passion for innovation and experience in manufacturing or automation, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new customers for our automation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Develop customized quotes by coordinating technical feasibility, cost calculations, and follow-ups.
• Support commercial projects, advocating for customer interests within the company.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or automation.
• Self-motivated and technically oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
• A completed degree or training in a commercial or technical field.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed.
• Availability Monday through Friday.

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
