Senior Graphic Designer – 3D, CAD & AI Specialist 
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team with robust experience in 3D rendering, CAD, digital asset creation, and AI-driven design tools. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product packaging and visual identities for both print and digital channels, while collaborating with teams across design, marketing, and product development. 
This position requires a passion for pushing creative boundaries through emerging technologies and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stage projects from concept to execution. A strong portfolio featuring product and packaging. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical Execution
– Lead the creation of packaging, digital assets, product visuals, and layered artwork for print and digital use- Develop original, on-brand graphics and 3D renderings for product packaging and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy along with lifestyle images using AI-generated imagery, photography, digital composition or other advanced graphic design methods- Create immersive and aspirational lifestyle imagery, bringing a sense of modern style and a lifestyle-driven approach to all visual outputs, current product offerings target female perspective- Translate CAD files and technical drawings from factories into compelling graphic assets and final packaging layouts- Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine deliverables- Manage and organize layered artwork, digital assets, and files for both in-house use and external vendors. – Prepare detailed specs, tech packs, and presentation materials for production, collaborating closely with cross- functional teams.
• Collaboration & Brand Stewardship:
– Work with brand managers, purchasing, marketing, and product teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and key messages. – Participate in design reviews and present concepts with confidence and clarity. – Maintain brand guidelines, help evolve our visual identity, and champion high standards of creative execution. 
• Innovation & Process Improvement
– Stay current with design and 3D trends. – Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, including AI and advanced 3D software, into design workflows. 

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years professional experience in graphic design, product design, or related fields (agency, tech, gaming, or consumer goods preferred). 
• Expert proficiency in
– 3D and CAD tools: Blender, SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or equivalent. – Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. – Other platforms: Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of generative AI and AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway ML).
• Strong expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to design visuals that resonate with a female audience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with video editing.
• Experience developing or refining brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of consumer product design.

Portfolio Requirement

• Candidates must submit a portfolio link or PDF showcasing:
– End-to-end packaging and product design (must include examples based on CAD files).- Digital and physical asset creation.- At least one project demonstrating development from a CAD file.
