This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely in Oregon. In this role, you will provide phone and chat-based support to policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will assist with billing inquiries, process transactions, and utilize multiple computer systems. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to written inquiries for various stakeholders
  
• Process transactions across multiple products and services
  
• Utilize various computer applications to manage customer interactions
  
• Contribute to department initiatives and goals
  
• Maintain customer service metrics such as call volume, quality, and attendance
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer call center experience
  
• Ability to thrive in a metric-driven environment
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• High-speed internet access
  
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a customer service or support role
  
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  
• Prior experience with click-to-chat and telephone etiquette
