The Perioperative Optimization RN plays a vital role in preparing patients for surgery by conducting pre-operative home calls, collaborating with providers in the clinic, and ensuring thorough patient and family education regarding upcoming procedures. This nurse helps coordinate necessary pre-op appointments and assessments to optimize patient readiness and support safe, successful surgical outcomes.

Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum $38.49/hour - Maximum $59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
