As a Registered Behavior Technician at Opal Autism Centers, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Your day will begin with fun interactions and play, incorporating targeted goals from treatment plans. You'll implement strategies to enhance desirable skills and reduce challenging behaviors, fostering life-changing moments for our clients. What Sets Us Apart

• $1,000 sign-on bonus!
• Competitive pay based on time certified as a RBT with the BACB.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred (but not required).
• Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred.
• Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Ability to work  FULL-TIME : Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm
• Passionate, enthusiastic, high-energy; You love life!
• You’re a lifelong learner whose behavior can be shaped
• Able to easily navigate within a clinic, home, and school setting
• Able to travel to families’ homes or a school if necessary
• Ability to access our online video training platform by internet
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, squat, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
