We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to play a crucial role in elevating candidate and employee experiences. This role is the engine that keeps recruiting moving forward—balancing logistics, communication, and culture-building while empowering our broader team of Hasbro to deliver amazing games across multiple platforms and audiences.
This is a 12-month temporary assignment and follows a hybrid work model. This role will be onsite in our Pawtucket, RI office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are considered flex days, where you may choose to work either remotely or from the office.
What You’ll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll often be the face of Hasbro for our candidates and a cornerstone of the recruiting team. You’ll ensure every interaction reflects our culture and employment brand while keeping operations running seamlessly.

The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $32.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
