We are searching for a highly motivated Recruiting Associate/Coordinator to join our client, a large and growing Health system, on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the internal transfer team by efficiently managing the candidate flow, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the overall internal recruitment process.
What You’ll be Doing…
· Review and screen internal resumes/applications to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for each position.
· Move candidates through the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
· Assist in opening new roles, posting positions, and moving requisitions to the staffing team.
· Work with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…
· 1-2 years of experience as an Associate Recruiter, Sourcer, or Recruiting Coordinator.
· Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Demonstrated proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
· Highly preferred: Experience with Workday.
