Responsibilities: Engage with all agents involved in transactions at key milestonesProactively reach out to top-producing agents in the local market Follow a proven call/text cadence to create consistent, high-impact engagement that leads to meaningful recruiting conversationsIdentify “qualifying events” and initiate timely, value-based outreachCreate and distribute educational, motivational video content that showcases the culture, growth, and leadership opportunities Maintain detailed tracking of all outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities within the CRMAct as the face and voice of our growth—building long-term, trust-based relationships that drive recruiting success Qualifications: Who You Are:You are OBSESSED with human performance.
