We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Investing & Mortgages Content Editor with a passion for real estate investment strategies, including fractional real estate and REITs, and Mortgages to help our readers secure funding on both residential and investment properties. 

The ideal candidate is a skilled, experienced editor and writer who can create and refine high-quality content tailored to readers interested in both traditional and innovative real estate investment options, and to readers looking for help securing a mortgage or refinancing a residential or investment property.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement content strategies aligned with current real estate and mortgage trends and reader needs.
• Writing & Editing Content: Write, edit, and assign content across a range of topics, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
• Content Updates : Regularly review and update articles to ensure all information remains accurate in a rapidly changing financial environment. 
• SEO Best Practices: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with SEO best practices and our house style. 
• Content Monetization: Work with our Business Development Representatives to ensure all content is properly monetised in line with our monetization matrix.
• Writer Management & Team Collaboration: Manage a team of freelance writers and work cross-functionally with in-house staff.

Requirements:

• Expert-level understanding of real estate investing topics and market dynamics as well as the mortgage market and industry.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent grammar and editorial skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends and translate them into reader-friendly content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
