Job Summary:
This role is an entry level role in the Quality Issue Management team and will be responsible for timely escalation and resolution of internal issues, and to track/analyze data to identify areas for improvement across R&D Labs. This role will gain visibility within the organization.
Essential Job Duties:
Use basic trend analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis
Provide guidance and escalate to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Act as a back up to the survey process.
Assist the Quality Assurance team with other duties as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Skilled in concise writing. Writing should require little to no external review or edit.
Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma GB or BB Certification.
Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels (senior scientists and support teams).
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in problem solving and decision making.
Experience with presentations and leading meetings.
Exposure to Root Cause Analysis Methodologies
Experience/Minimum Required:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated organization.
Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses Recommended:
Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA)
Experience may be substituted for education. For example, a two-year Associate degree plus 2 years applicable experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree.

Location: Remote
Pay Range: $55,000 -$65,000/annually.
