**Job Title:** **Purchasing Admin** **Location: Scotts Valley** **Pay Range: $20-$24 an hour** **Temporary 2-4 months long** **Experience & Knowledge** 1. **Microsoft Office Proficiency** 2. Especially **Excel** (for tracking, reporting, and data management) 3. **Outlook** (for vendor communication) 4. **Word and PowerPoint** (for documentation and presentations) 5. **ERP System Experience** 6. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for managing purchase orders and procurement records. 7. **Typing & Administrative Tools** 8. Ability to type at least 40 WPM 9. Comfortable with internal administrative systems and tools 1. **Procurement Process Understanding** 2.
