In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and maintaining our organization’s public image and reputation. As a Public Relations Specialist, you will develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively convey our core messages to various audiences, including the media, stakeholders, and the general public. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s image and visibility.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other public relations materials to targeted media outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and foster goodwill.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for public relations engagement.
• Coordinate and manage press events, conferences, and media interviews to support key initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create consistent messaging across all communication platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or a related area.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in media relations and understanding of the news cycle.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
