Job Description: ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our public relations efforts by helping to shape and maintain the public perception of our organization. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about communication and media relations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and distribution of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
• Manage and update social media accounts by creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate logistics for public relations events, including press conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Research media contacts and maintain an up-to-date database of journalists and influencers relevant to our industry.
• Support the PR team in responding to media inquiries and building relationships with journalists.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for positive press and potential issues.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and develop positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with PR and media monitoring tools is a plus.
