Job Description

Property manager needed to manage two properties for a local property management firm in the Little Armenia area, near Sunset Blvd and Western Ave . The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at one of the properties. 

Responsibilities: (Not Limited To):

• Collection of Rent &  Delinquencies  
• Generating and Posting of notices as needed
• Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed
• Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors
• Advertise, market and lease vacant units
• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants

Requirements: (Not Limited To):

• Must live at one of the properties being managed
• 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred
• GED or HS Diploma
• Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
• Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area

Compensation:

• $4000-4250/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
• Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance

Schedule:

• Full Time
• Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
• Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
