Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Claims Adjuster to join our Northern California team, servicing Sacrament and the San Francisco Bay areas. The role involves investigating, evaluating, and adjusting residential and commercial property claims from initial loss to final resolution. This is a remote field-based role requiring on-site inspections. Applicants must reside in and be able to travel locally throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento regions. Local presence is essential for in-person inspections, and timely response to assignments. Only candidates currently living within or near these service areas will be considered. Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: • Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial property damage • Prepare detailed repair estimates using Xactimate • Compile and value inventories of damaged personal/business property • Conduct investigations, including witness interviews and recorded statements • Assess policy coverage and make well-reasoned adjustment recommendations • Prepare comprehensive written reports with supporting documentation • Manage and prioritize a full caseload independently a·nd efficiently Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience handling property claims • Strong proficiency with Xactimate estimating software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Proven interpersonal and customer service skills • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work Preferred: • Experience with both residential and commercial losses • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus About Company: Benefits: 401(k) with employer matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Life insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Compensation Package: Employer-paid and continuing education courses and designationsEquipment and support providedRemote/flexible work allowedApply Now Join a company that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships.
