Job Title : Bridge Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Bridge Project Manager to oversee heavy civil bridge construction projects. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

* Project Management : Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of bridge construction projects.
* Team Leadership : Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and performance.
* Safety & Quality : Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
* Budget & Cost Control : Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
* Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
* Risk & Issue Management : Identify project risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in heavy civil bridge construction.
* Proven track record managing large bridge projects.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction methods.
* Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
