Production Operations Manager
Salary Up to $110,000 + BONUS + Great Benefits + Paid Relocation to East TN
Stable Plant needs a Production Manager that reports to the GM. Highly visible position within the organization. As the Production Operations Manager, you’ll work with employees to meet internal and external customer expectations. You’ll work closely with peers and upper management to ensure targets are met in a safe, efficient, quality, and profitable manner. You’ll need to be knowledgeable about labor scheduling, labor budget management, able to teach, lead and coach a team. Must have a BS degree and experience in paper converting, printing, or high-speed packaging plants.
Requirements for the Manager position:
· Must have a bachelor’s degree.
· At least 7 years of converting, printing, or high-speed packaging experience in management in a manufacturing operations environment.
· Must have great leadership skills: team building, communications, and organizational.
