Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflows, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
Support the production team with daily operational tasks.
Prepare and organize materials, tools, and resources for production processes.
Monitor workflow to identify potential delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of production tools, equipment, and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
