Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Endeavor Platform team in enhancing knowledge management infrastructure and its change management processes. In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling our Learning Management System (LearnDash) and developing the Endeavor Wiki in Notion to centralize product knowledge and resources for a team of 600 based around the world!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.

  • Program Duration: Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025
  • Pay : $17/hr, up to 40 hours/week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in designing and implementing scalable workflows for our Learning Management System(LMS), Learn Dash.
  • Collaborate with the Product & other cross-functional teams to structure and populate the Endeavor Wiki in Notion, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive knowledge hub in parallel with the LMS.
  • Support the documentation of workflow changes, updates, and processes to improve team alignment and communication.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve learning and knowledge-sharing tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance change management practices.
  • Be open to learning new skills and technologies & participate in training opportunities provided by the company.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • An ability to conceptualize, create, and deliver products/experiences that inform the learner, including but not limited to instructional videos, infographics, slide presentations, animations, and other visual formats.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like LearnDash, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in product management, knowledge management, or process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

BENEFITS, PAY, and TIMELINE

  • This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
  • The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
  • Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely (as determined by the hiring team).
