Job Description:
We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead the visual and interaction design of a new technology suite. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio, expertise in Figma and design systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines while shaping the product's long-term design vision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Drive UI and interaction design across the platform, ensuring alignment with design systems and brand standards.
Collaborate with development teams to translate concepts into polished, customer-facing tools.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for consumer-facing applications.
Contribute to the evolution and governance of the design system.
Deliver strategic design solutions for large-scale initiatives and advocate for user-centered design at the leadership level.
Manage design deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to final handoff.

Must-Haves:

7 years' experience designing digital products, ideally consumer-facing.
Portfolio of shipped projects showing elegant UI design, UX expertise, and high standards of visual execution.
Proficiency with Figma (and similar design tools), including experience building or contributing to design systems.
Strong visual design and usability expertise, with attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work under tight timelines.
Experience with large-scale initiatives, helping shape product direction and advocating for design at a leadership level.
Strong collaboration, communication, and feedback integration skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to design solutions that scale.
